Our Mission to Chile

This was a sad day at the airport and then we had to go through it again the next day because our flight was cancelled.
It was a long 24 hours once we left but all went well and we arrived safely.
We were meet by 2 Elders and Pres. and Sister Essig, and Elder and Sister Brumbles.
Going through customs was a breeze. Had no problems at all and all our luggage arrived. Even our peanut butter!
The first day we went to the Mission Home, which was the same one Gary stayed in 50 years ago. The Brumbles then showed us how to use the Metro and how to get to where we are living for a week before we go to our area.

This is the MTC in Chile and the apts. that we are in right now.

It is a beautiful area and a very safe one. We are about an

hour away by Metro to the Mission Office.

This is the Santiago Temple. It is in front of the MTC and the apts. we are staying in

This is our apt.

The pictures of the temple, the mtc and the apartment are so cool. I am so excited for you. When I saw you with your badge on I cried. You are going to have a wonderful mission
